This story clearly proves that Palin lacks the appropriate judgment or temperament to occupy the Vice Presidential seat for one day let alone four years. If McCain should become President I have no doubt that he will not be able to complete his term and that means we will have a woman who takes a personal vendetta against a State Trooper because she is irked at his breakup with her sister. This is the pettiest example of poor leadership I have ever had the misfortune to be aware of in any politician.

Ethical violation

The panel found Mrs Palin in violation of a state ethics law prohibiting public officials from using their office for personal gain.

"I find that Governor Sarah Palin abused her power by violating Alaska Statute 39.52.110 (a) of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act," investigator Steve Branchflower concluded in the panel's 263-page report.

Perhaps you missed this part of the story so I have quoted if for you; "Monegan's firing was lawful, the report found," betcha missed that part, wink, wink.  Go  ahead and read it for yourself in the CCTimes.

The exceedingly unqualified person that McCain selected to become President when he is forced to step down in the next year or two has, once again demonstrated her lack of qualifications for the nation's highest office.

Anyway you slice it the findings that she abused the powers of her office tell the whole story. Palin lacks the judgment and temperament to be President of the United States.

Picture this if you will. As President Palin could just arrange to have anyone who she thought offended her poor sister taken to Guantanamo and imprisoned for seveal years just because she did not like the way they treated her idiotic sister. Yes, check it out her sister is just as vindictive as this wolf cub murdering bounty provider. The sister, Molly McCaan (darn that is lose to McCain) was a woman scorned and we all know that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. So this woman starts making up a bunch of stories bout her soon to be ex husband in an attempt to get ven with him because he allegedly cheated on her. Of curse the Governor of Alaska who has no morals or scruples in an issue like this did everything in her power and outside of her power it turns out to get this man fired and then in a supreme act of feminine vengeance fired the man who refused to break the law and fire the target of her petty tirades. Just the kind of person we need as a president?

Palin, the Republican nominee for vice president, is battling allegations she and her advisers pressured Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan to fire her sister’s husband, State Trooper Mike Wooten.

Palin’s sister, Molly McCann, and Wooten were in the process of getting a divorce when the judge hearing the couple’s case said McCann’s family appeared to be putting Wooten’s job at risk at a time when he would be required to pay child support.
