Last night around 8:30pm my best friend and I were taking our kids for a walk and we heard police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks going down highway 4 (main street in Oakley, right after Cypress) towards Brentwood. I didn't read about any accidents or incidents in the paper this morning. Anyone know what was happening??
