Hey, this is a good deal. My wife has befriended a roaming cat. We don't think he's a feral cat because even though he's timid, scared, and his head is pretty scratched up from fights, when he's hungry enough he will come up to her and meow for food. I told her "don't touch him because he might be diseased," but just like when the waiter tells you "don't touch your plate, it's hot," she won't listen. She pets him, but I don't know if she would be able to catch him to take him to get some shots. He might run away after that and all the food we've been giving him will go to waste. She named him "Phantom" because half his face is scarred up. She'll hear him fighting in the middle of the night and brave the muggers to run out to break it up. She wants to keep him and envisions him being an indoor cat some day. I think he might be a foreclosure catorphan somebody left behind with their house. I'll tell her about program you listed.
