Unless we do something about it, City Council is about to go forward with plans to spend $12 million of our general funds on an unnecessary new city hall and civic center project in downtown Brentwood. While it would obviously be nice to have such a great new facility, we cannot prudently allocate funds this way when we are short on cops and firefighters and so much of the city is being littered with graffiti and peppered with crime.

Please speak up and email, call, or visit your Councilman if you too think our money should be spent on true quality of life issues rather than on a downtown Taj Ma-CityHall.
