The Big Three

King Jamarcus Russell - One of the Biggest Baddest Arms from the SEC to the NFL. nick named the "Juggernaut" "The Cannon" has the most Accuracy out of his Draft class. Russell is also able to throw the ball to the moon if asked. Ready to take the raiders to the top "Yes no more Hold outs No Holding back I hope the NFL is Ready for the Raiders this year". very competitive, consistant. team player leader

Darren Mcfadden aka "Speedkills" "The Flash" "The Silver Bullet" "BoMarcus Allen Jr" "Adrian petersons clone" one word Best Describes the Best Running Back out of the SEC that is Beast. He is a Hard Worker a all around Team player. one of the most feared players out of the SEC. Known for his huge playmaking ability, vision and very Consistant. he is a leader and will get the job done.

Zach Miller. "Mr Does it all" "hands" Blocking catching big motor Tight End. Gets the Job done. When he is not catching he looks like a pro bowl Offensive lineman blocking and helping runningbacks like Justin Fargas break for big runs. miller is a very consistant player who feeds of doing his job and getting it done. very competitive player. Zona's Best player and the best tight ends out of his conference.

Al Davis really want's these NFL Championship he has been robbed of for the last 6 years so the raiders can have the 5-6 championships they are due. who is going to stop them when these young studs welcome the NFL back to the West Coast.

agree with you.......up until the chad johnson comment. do you really think he wants to come here any more than he wants go anywhere else but cincinnati? he's pleaded for anyone to trade for him every time he's been on tv, and his agent is even running promo ads in cincinnati to try and force management to give in. i've said it before when this BS "chad johnson to oakland" rumor got started, and I'll say it again. if you want a WR who is happier with 10 catches/150 yds/2 tds in a LOSS than 3 catches/30 yds/0 tds in a WIN.....then by all means chad johnson is what every team should want. oh how i hope jerry jones trades for him, because it would be such a great soap opera with ocho cinco and T.O. on "America's Team".

for everyone who thought randy moss was a team-killer here, WOWWW chad johnson is on a whole different level.

How's it going bro? It's been a while, hope work isn't keeping you down.

There's a couple problems I have with this post...first and foremost is that it's far too complimentary and dependent upon players who are as of yet unproven.

When asked earlier this year who they would pick between Ryan and Russell had Russell not come out last year Kiper, McShay and eventually even the great Mayock all indicated that Ryan would have won the prize. So what does that say? Really, absolutely nothing. But we haven't seen anything from Russell in the NFL that warrants appointing him King and savior of the Nation. What he needs to do is keep up with what he's reportedly been doing in showing up to the facility and working with the coaches. He really wasn't that accurate a passer at LSU, he had the benefit of fantastic WR's that were a total mismatch for their competition. As long as he's working I think he's got a shot. But let's be real, nobody is really affraid of what is essentially a rookie QB behind center.

As for McFadden, I'm getting excited about the pick more and more each day. I thought the selection could be better utilized elsewhere in terms of team needs but we should still have a good solid pick. Comparing him to Allen or Jackson however is not cool. He has never had the power that Jackson did or the moves that Allen did. Can he be good? Sure, but the same was said about Curtis Enis and KiJana Carter at this point in their careers as well. Fargas proved he deserves to be the starter so let him start and alleviate the pressure from the young rook during his first year. We don't need DMC to rush for 1,000 yds in order to justify the selection. If he runs for 6-800 yds while Fargas surpasses 1k then we've got a great thing going.

Chad Johnson has no loyalty to anyone but Chad Johnson. That guy has said that he loved Oakland, Dallas and virtually anybody else this off season who needed a WR. The guys trouble that we don't need. Our WR unit isn't strong, but with Walker, Curry and Carter they aren't exactly weak either. The biggest concern is going to be keeping Russell upright and allowing him to develop. Stopping the run is another. I'm hoping that the moves we made are going to allow the defense to play better, though we could be stuck with another situation where our offense is super but the defense blows and as a result we're still stuck below .500.

There is a very strange thing that I keep hearing. Jamarcuss Russell has started one game in the NFL, and played alright against a very good defense. One game, though. I keep hearing that we should have drafted Matt Lienert the previous year, Brady Quinn, or now Matt Ryan. This is the crazy thing; Lienert is an average QB so far and has more games in than Russell, he wasnt even starting on his own team! Quinn? Didn't play a down and now wont unless the journeyman gets hurt. Ryan hasn't played a down, yet he is now better than Jamarcuss? Ryan was at best - the best of a poor class.

The point is whoever we draft, we should have gotten the other guy. I wasn't a Mcfadden guy, but understand the pick. Tommy Kelly and Terdell Sands and Gerard Warren, William Joseph - like it or not are the tackles. I think they will do well. Systems make players. All of them were good in their system in college, if they are in the right system in the pros (with the right chemistry) they should flourish. Mcfadden will do well because he is in the right system. We will not be under five hundred. Our division got no better, but we did. We play Miami and Atlanta. We are in a favourable place. Lets stop downing our boys and support them.

The only thing we remember is last year it seems. We are 19-60 (or something like that) since losing the Super Bowl in 2002. The SUPER BOWL. There are teams that have never been and teams that have been beatin soundly every time that they have gone. We have three championships and are on the verge of another. Not worried about a rookie? Ben Rothlesberger won the Super Bowl as a second year player, and does not have the skill set of a Jamarcuss Russell. In fact, no one who has played the position EVER has. Does that make him a great QB? No. But, give him the same chance that you give these overhyped "NFL ready" qb's who are career backups a-la Brady Quinn.

Man I've been Overloaded with things as of late but Im really really Trying to get back into the full swing of things. Im tied down but things will get better No choice Im to competitve to quit and give up.

I can say these few things. It was good Far Jamarcus Russell to sit out. learn the Offense. yes ok he didnt start but one game yet during the times he did come into the game even the best Defense's where on their toes because they feared and Respected the talent of this young kid and he delivered. On a very limited playbook even. he has the Best Play Action fake of the season in his first 3 minutes of fame. Then in the Full game against the Chargers he accelled in giving and Utilizing Zach Miller for 224 yards in his passing attack. in which he lazered the ball for touchdowns & First downs. Yes he was sacked yes we lost. but the level of play from the raider was better and more confident when he was in. You felt it from the Fans you felt it from the media.

In those 2 games when he entered he has had a better proformance than Matt, Quinn Ryan and any quarterback out of his class. No matter Where Jamarcus Russell played or what team he brought Success. He is a team player. What have his WR's done with out him He made the names you heared about out of LSU Dwayne Bowe, Early Doucet, and the WR for the chargers. The Guy is a Manning Favorite. like I said last year. If Archie, Payton & Eli & Momma Manning The Entire Family Vouch for Jamarcus Russell a young Player who they Trust to run things out here on the West Coast at their Family camp. then what do have to keep the guy down? since John Elway, Ray Lewis, & Tom Brady & Tom Martainez Vouch for Jamarcus Russell then what is there left to be said.

Now you combine That with the Franchise Running Back that he Had to compete against for 2 years in Darren Mcfadden. One of the Toughest Running backs out of the SEC who has Tied Records and broken records to be in the same coversations as Hersel walker, Bo Jackson and Highly Compared to Adrian Peterson. You Dont sit him or Utilize him in to many ways. You put him in Pure competition with Fargas who he will beat out for the starting job.

The Raiders need to Combine these Supertalented players along with Tom cables blocking system and hope these Receivers catch the ball. I really like shields. I look for him to either take the flanker or the Slot Pending..... you cannot stop us.

in that Charger Game. When Zach Miller was told to pick up shawn Merrian he didnt have a sack until they switched sides.

The Raiders Havent had a super DT since D-russell. If Sapp Say's He Trusted and Taught Tommy Kelly how to play then we can roll with that. We are know to have tough DB's and good DE's and a Super Talented & named Offense. we have that again. We should be above 500 based on the Talent the New veteran Center. The Young legs and the seriousness of proving a point and taking whats yours! The NFL Championship Title!

Bruh How have you been?

Is Everything going good?

let me know...

you can email me or anything just let me know ill try and take time out to still converstat with the Gang you guys are like family so we Roll Black & silver bloodline

I miss our long conversations about whats going on and the state of the raiders. but we are not going to have to worry about them especially since Mcfadden will be with russell in that backfield and Tom Cable's System and Ryan trying to keep his family name among Defensive coaches Royality

your Bruh!!

X The Autumn Wind!!!!

Al's been robbed of? Who traded Gruden? Then hired Callahan, Turner, and ART SHELL (AH HA, HA, HA!!)? Now Kiffin, who will be gone after this season. Hope your getting psyched for James Lofton as the next HC! Al (owner & GM) just needs to look in the mirror and see that he's been robbing himself.

We have some good young talent, but no big-time recievers, a suspect OL and a suspect DL. Maybe, 6-10, but if McFadden is rookie of the year = 8-8.
