Tuesday 5:30 on ESPN, DirecTv channel 206. Should be worth your time! After re-watching the UConn vs. Stanford game today on DVR, this should be well-worth watching. Go CARDINAL! vs. Tennessee Vols. This for the whole banana. At least it'll be beter than watching the Giants game, alas.....

Roy, You're right. I have to be in a meeting in Reno running into the evening tomorrow. I can't believe I'm going to miss the game. I've asked my son to text me every five minutes. I wish both Candace and Candice could win. Wiggins because she leaves it all out there on the court every time they play. Parker, are you kidding me? That game against LSU was painfull to watch her run the floor with the separated shoulder. That was one of the gutsiest performances I've ever seen. If you've ever had a separated shoulder the pain is incredible. Both teams deserve to be there. I love the women's game. This will be an epic game. Is it baseball season? Who cares. I hope the women's final is as good as the men's final was tonight. Boy, you have to feel awful for Memphis on the men's side and LSU on the lady's side. Both had great opprotunities to win, but let it slip away. I'm glad, however, Stanford will get to play perrenial powerhouse Tennessee. It will mean that much more to beat the Lady Vols, which I believe they did earlier this season, but it was in overtime. Should be another great one.

You'll have to be careful at that meeting that you don't jump up and shout "YESSSSS!!!!" right after someone asks a question that you would normally answer no to.

Like if somebody asks, anyone up for hitting the Bunny Ranch after our meeting? You're not supposed to show that much enthusiam. They why they call it a bored room meeting.
Knowing WP and his love of vintage cars, he's probably just going to visit the auto museum while in Reno on business.

-BJ, I wish I had the time to go to the museum. I get to go directly to Portland from the meeting. I did go to the Good Guy's get together at the Alameda County Fairgrounds weekend before last. I always like the orriginal condition cars the best, whether restored or not.. What's the Bunny Ranch? ..................................Is it near the SPCA? Maybe the humane society. Maybe I can Tivo the game. I know! I can pretend to get sick during the meetingand need to go to my room. Then again, probably not a wise career choice during a reorganization.

Wow, Stanford was really humbled by a faster and bigger Tennessee team. After knocking out UConn, I thought they were going to win. Stanford had trouble with the pressure defense all night and it seemed like they had more turnovers than shots made. Every time they made a mini run to try and crack that 10 point lead, the Vols answered back with one of their own. I didn't realize Candace Parker was 6' 5." She's phenomenal and she had a supporting cast too. Hard to believe they barely beat LSU two nights earlier. Got to hand it to Tennessee, but even without Wiggins, Stanford will be right back next year.

24 turnovers killed them.

Oh no! The Stanford men's head basketball coach, Johnson, has resigned to accept the coaching position at LSU. That must mean Stanford is going to steal Mike Montgomery away from CAL to fill their coaching vacancy! I knew Stanford wasn't going to just sit idly by and do nothing to stop Montgomery from going to CAL! I just knew it was too good to be true!
One thing all CAL fans know by now, is never to count your chickens...
