Hello, all you long suffering Warriors fans.  I'm sure that many of you were as disappointed as I was watching the Warriors wander the floor aimlessly against a struggling Lakers team that was very beatable tonight.  I'm sure that many of you joined in yelling at Corey Magette through the TV screen as he made one bumbing mistake after another.. whether it was throwing a pass over the trapping defenders.. and everyone else on the court into the third row of seats.. or the countless layups he missed.  I'm sure you all boiled over warching Steven Jackson throw himself to the floor in a fruitless effort to get a whistle, then pout in the back court as his team continued to play basketball without him.  I'm sure you all put your heads down in shame as yet another Bay Area team cowered to Los Angeles, and failed to show the poise and heart needed to gut out a winnable battle.  But, the thing that struck me the most tonight was the utter lack of COACHING that seemed so evident in the Warrior's play tonight.  No apparent game plan.. no plays being run.. No instruction from the bench when Ronny drives the lane only to throw a blind pass behind him toward the three point line..  Where was the coaching?  Why doesn't Don Nelson ever have anything to say to his players when they come off the floor?

Young players need instruction.  They need encouragement.  They need discipline.  They need to be coached.  Charles Barkley said it best.. "The Warriors are a great playground team.. but they can't win in the NBA"  The reason for this is.. The Warriors are not disciplined.. they're not well coached.  They have one of the best to ever put on the jacket.. yet they're one of the  most poorly coached teams in the NBA.  So, I ask all of you.. WHERE IS THE COACHING?
