This forum topic is based on a poll conducted earlier. Voting has been closed.   What should the Giants do at the winter meetings?
  • Do NOT trade young right-handers Matt Cain or Tim Lincecum.
  • Deal for Marlins third baseman Miguel Cabrera, even if it costs Lincecum.
  • Trade for a young player such as outfielder Carlos Quentin, like the White Sox.
  • Stick with tradition, sign 49-yr. old free agent first baseman Julio Franco.
  • Re-sign Barry Bonds.
