What's your primary reasons for dieting/changing the way you eat?
- For health reasons
- I didn't like the way I looked
- My significant other insisted
- I got tired of being over-weight
- To boost my self-esteem

- My friends/family bullied me into it

If you'd like to elaborate on your reasons, post your thoughts here.
I decided to make the change primarily for health reasons, although looking better is a definitely plus. But I came to the realization that my weight was impacting everything from my blood pressure to my ability to do my job.
I still think of myself as dieting, but in truth, it has become a way of life. And that's a good thing.
