First of all, Richmond is not an "violent urban wasteland", it is a violent minority wasteland. There is a huge difference. America needs to go the way of the Middle East and start putting these animals in barbed wire refugee camps where they are only allowed out during the day to go to work (alas, that would not work with America's blacks). We need to declare zero tolerance on minority crime or seriously consider the repeal of the Civil Rights Act.
